Alan Margot's Tennis Camps
Alan Margot is the Tennis Director at the Atherton Tennis Center at Holbrook-Palmer Park and has been running tennis camps in the Bay Area for over 30 years. Our programs provide an enjoyable way for your child to begin learning the game of tennis or to continue developing existing skills. Our approach is to create lots of fun with positive feedback and reinforcement in a nurturing tennis environment!

Alpine Strikers Summer Camps
Alpine Strikers offers three different camps. At Summer Camp with Gino Pucillo, six- to ten-year-old players will learn individual soccer skills as well as continue to develop their game in a fun environment. Alpine Strikers Soccer Coach Chris Bobb will hold a a week-long series of soccer clinics for kids ages 6 to 11 (open to current players and their friends and siblings), focusing on different tactical areas such as passing, receiving, shooting, or defending. Also, Speed & Agility Camp with the Arredondo Brothers, designed for the older age groups to improve their speed and agility, includes mini trampolines, sparq speed hurdles, speed ladders, team parachutes, agility web and rings.

BandWorks Summer Camp
BandWorks's award-winning Rock n’ Roll Camp is open to young beginners through advanced, older teen players. Top professional musician-instructors create a fun and supportive environment while they teach kids the skills they need to play in a rock band – and make new friends in the process. Week-long Summer Day Camps offer a variety of classes throughout the summer. All instruments welcome! By the end of the week, students are rocking out in a live performance in the classroom. Baseball and Fastpitch Softball Summer Camps by South Bay Sports Training
Our training and instruction is built on teaching, developing, and maintaining the essential fundamentals, skills, mechanics, and mindset on every aspect of the game of baseball and softball. We have trained players as young as 4 years old up to the college level. We use specialized techniques, methods, programs, drills, and equipment which are used at the collegiate and professional level and proven to be successful. We focus on the mechanical side of the sport: how to swing, throw, field, run, etc. as well as the development of coordination, flexibility, balance, strength, and reaction skills. We also provide equal attention to the often overlooked mental side of the game: how to think, act, react, etc. in every situation of the game of baseball and softball.

El Camino Youth Symphony Summer Music Workshops
Stay tuned-up over the summer with ECYS Summer Music Workshops! ECYS Associate Conductor Michail Gelfandbein will return for his fourteenth summer as director of Workshops 1 (Beginning Orchestra) and 2 (Summer Strings), and ECYS Wind Coach Debra Gardner will continue the ECYS Wind Ensemble Program in Workshop 3. Beginning Orchestra (for both strings and winds) is perfect for young musicians with one year of private lessons who wish to have an introduction to orchestra performance. Summer Strings is geared towards the intermediate string student with while Wind Ensemble is great for intermediate to advanced woodwind players. Young musicians will receive music theory in addition to ensemble training. The workshops will conclude with an informal evening concert on July 26.

Emerald Hills Golf Camp
Campers will be taught the skills of putting, chipping, bunker shots, driving and midrange game, and they will fine tune their swings on our driving range. We believe the best way for young golfers to learn is by allowing them to play on a real golf course, as opposed to just a driving range. At the same time we can also teach them golf etiquette which is very important to use on a golf course. Hot Lunch is served daily for all campers and snacks will be provided at aftercare.

Students in the full day camp enjoy three hours of instruction each morning. This instruction works on all facets of the game and prepares the junior player for the challenges of the course. PVTC camp offers many featured parts for our young actors, as well as opportunities for dancing, singing, storytelling, creation of sets, props, and costumes! In addition to rehearsing the musical onstage, students will attend daily rotations in small groups, where they will learn about different aspects of theater. These areas include acting, dance, music, costume design, scenic design, and special projects. We also invite guest artists to teach special workshops.

Spring Down Equestrian Center Horsemanship Camps cater to all levels, from beginners, to more experienced riders. Summer Rock Camp
Summer Rock Camp is a day camp in our 8th year in Downtown Palo Alto. We put kids in 5/6 piece groups, each group has their own room (drums, bass, guitars, keys, vocals, and horns are welcome too) and each band performs 2-4 songs on Friday in front of parents/family/friends. Students are immersed music, learning and improving on their instrument and working in a band context. We do Rock, R&B. Metal, funk/Jazz. Our camp accommodates the beginner to the very skilled.

Western Ballet Summer Programs
Western Ballet Summer Programs offer three different levels.
Children's Program: An environment for children aged 4-9 to work in groups in a concentrated manner. Students learn the choreography for “Peter Pan” or “The Little Mermaid”, for sessions I and II respectively.
Intermediate Intensive (ages 9-12) and Advanced Intensive(ages 13-23): Students train in ballet, pointe, character, jazz and modern dance, while learning essential choreography from the classical ballet "Paquita". The program culminates in a performance with students dancing in featured roles from “Paquita”, as well as in contemporary works.

Alpine Strikers Summer Camps
Alpine Strikers offers three different camps. At Summer Camp with Gino Pucillo, six- to ten-year-old players will learn individual soccer skills as well as continue to develop their game in a fun environment. Alpine Strikers Soccer Coach Chris Bobb will hold a a week-long series of soccer clinics for kids ages 6 to 11 (open to current players and their friends and siblings), focusing on different tactical areas such as passing, receiving, shooting, or defending. Also, Speed & Agility Camp with the Arredondo Brothers, designed for the older age groups to improve their speed and agility, includes mini trampolines, sparq speed hurdles, speed ladders, team parachutes, agility web and rings.

El Camino Youth Symphony Summer Music Workshops
Stay tuned-up over the summer with ECYS Summer Music Workshops! ECYS Associate Conductor Michail Gelfandbein will return for his fourteenth summer as director of Workshops 1 (Beginning Orchestra) and 2 (Summer Strings), and ECYS Wind Coach Debra Gardner will continue the ECYS Wind Ensemble Program in Workshop 3. Beginning Orchestra (for both strings and winds) is perfect for young musicians with one year of private lessons who wish to have an introduction to orchestra performance. Summer Strings is geared towards the intermediate string student with while Wind Ensemble is great for intermediate to advanced woodwind players. Young musicians will receive music theory in addition to ensemble training. The workshops will conclude with an informal evening concert on July 26.

Emerald Hills Golf Camp
Campers will be taught the skills of putting, chipping, bunker shots, driving and midrange game, and they will fine tune their swings on our driving range. We believe the best way for young golfers to learn is by allowing them to play on a real golf course, as opposed to just a driving range. At the same time we can also teach them golf etiquette which is very important to use on a golf course. Hot Lunch is served daily for all campers and snacks will be provided at aftercare.

German-American Summer Camp
What is summer in German all about? Having your heads in the clouds and your hands and feet in the mud, stories, sports, arts and crafts projects, songs, games or whatever else your heart may desire. ISTP Language Immersion Camp
International School of the Peninsula’s Summer Camp is designed to give participants a unique opportunity to spend their summer break having fun learning or improving in a second language. Our camp available in French, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and English ESL, consists of three 2-week sessions. ISTP camp offers many immersion opportunities and consists of a combination of language classes and activities taught in the target language. Kidizens
Kidizens inspires kids to become good citizens and future leaders, one LEGO brick at a time. The Kidizens Summer program includes intensive one- and two-week interactive learning sessions. Students will serve as co-mayors for an entire LEGO city. Co-Mayors are given a huge swath of LEGO land on which to create their own small civilization and manage citizens. Students meet daily over the course of each session to build and manage their LEGO cities. One week sessions for grades K-3 and two-week sessions for grades 3-6.

Kuk Sool Won Martial Arts Summer Camp
Two and a half hours a day of martial arts training is followed by arts and crafts, swimming, and great times playing in the park. Toward the end of the day, we have a snack and some free play so that kids can really enjoy some down-time. After all, it IS summer!

Students in the full day camp enjoy three hours of instruction each morning. This instruction works on all facets of the game and prepares the junior player for the challenges of the course. The Full Day Camp is designed to create complete golfers and raise their game to the next level. The North Coast Hockey League offers youth roller hockey programs for San Mateo Coastside children of all ages. Now in its 9th summer, PYW workshops are led by Beth Harrison, Ph.D., a college writing instructor, creative writer and parent of teenagers. Class size limited to 15 students per workshop.

- Fiction and Poetry—morning sessions for 8-10 year olds, afternoons for 11-15 year olds. Themes are mystery and food writing.
- For the Love of Lit—writing analytical essays for incoming 8th and 9th graders

PVTC camp offers many featured parts for our young actors, as well as opportunities for dancing, singing, storytelling, creation of sets, props, and costumes! Summer Rock Camp is a day camp in our 8th year in Downtown Palo Alto. Western Ballet Summer Programs
Western Ballet Summer Programs offer three different levels.
Children's Program: An environment for children aged 4-9 to work in groups in a concentrated manner. Students learn the choreography for “Peter Pan” or “The Little Mermaid”, for sessions I and II respectively.
Intermediate Intensive (ages 9-12) and Advanced Intensive(ages 13-23): Students train in ballet, pointe, character, jazz and modern dance, while learning essential choreography from the classical ballet "Paquita". The program culminates in a performance with students dancing in featured roles from “Paquita”, as well as in contemporary works.
