Informal Campus Tours
Date: Saturday, November 10th
Time: 10:00-11:30am*
Place: Meet at the Library
Tours are informal outdoor walks led by M-A Leadership students, who will share their enthusiasm for the school and answer questions. Middle school students and their parents are invited.
* The last tour will depart at 11:15am
8th Grade Information Night
Date: Wednesday, November 14th

Parking: All parking lots will be available on campus
8th Grade Information Night is an opportunitiy for interested parents and students to meet members of our school community including students, parents, faculty and administartors. School Principal, Matthew Zitto, will speak about the diverse, supportive and academically rigorous envirnonment that can be found at MA. Afterwards, families will be invited to rotate through various classrooms so they may learn more about the school's excellent academic programs.
Shadowing
Eighth graders will be paired with 9th grade "hosts" for a typical day at M-A. To schedule your student's shadow day, log on to www.mabears.org and click on the "Shadowing" under the Parents/Community heading for a Shadow Request Form and answers to Frequently Asked Questions. Once you have completed your Shadow Request form, return it to Lorry Orcott at lorrcutt@seq.org. Mrs. Orcutt will schedule the Shadow date and send you a confirmation. You will receive a reminder email one week before the scheduled shadow date and your student will receive a call from their assigned host. The shadowing window is November 1, 2012 through March 1, 2013. Available dates are filled on a first come, first served basis. If you do not have access to the internet, please contact Lorry Orcutt at 323-5311 x5113.
